      Import Manager Interview

      24 June 2010
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Krasnodar, Krasnodarskiy Kray
      Declined offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Tander (Krasnodar, Krasnodarskiy Kray) in May 2010

      Interview

Personal interview with the hiring manager and import department management. I showed up in time for the interview. They made me wait in the hall for over half an hour. Hiring manager was running back and fourth looking confused. They asked me to walk them thru my resume. The next day HR manager called me and told that I was selected for the second stage of the hiring process - interview with the financial security department. This step did not take long. After 15 minute long interview I was presented with an offer. After considering their pay and working conditions, I decided to decline. There are people crammed into small office with the desk space literally 3 by 3 ft. HR manager I am expected to give this job 100% of my time meaning working on weekends and staying late often.
