Second round I had to make and give a presentation followed by a brief interview.
The man who manages recruitment for them does a good job of preparing it all and explaining it to you.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Tangible Benefit (London, England) in June 2023
Interview
The interview is 2 rounds, Ben seemed friendly and nice the first round interview was quite technical and the test was quite challenging but fair. I was offered a second round interview but the intake was shortly after and i had other offers on the table so i chose not to attend.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Tangible Benefit (Croydon, England)
Interview
Arrived at the initial interview with a recruiter who was very welcoming and pleasant. Some people in the office were in formal attire and others were in shorts and t-shirts. The first interview was very easy and conversational and I was invited back for a 2nd interview.
The hiring manager at the 2nd interview was incredibly rude and dismissive. This was a huge shame because everyone I had met at the company were very nice but this was not the case for the hiring manager. I was not offered the job at the end of the interview but to be honest I’m not too upset about that. I’m more disappointed by the way I was treated and the fact that the hiring manager made his mind up the moment he saw me.
