"I recently went through the interview process and found it very well-structured and candidate-friendly. It consisted of 3 distinct stages:
Stage 1: Technical Interview. This focused on core competencies and problem-solving. The questions were relevant and the interviewer was open to discussing different approaches.
Stage 2: Managerial Interview. A deep dive into past experiences, team fit, and project management styles. It felt more like a professional conversation than an interrogation.
Stage 3: HR Round. Focused on culture fit, expectations, and logistics.

Interview

I think I answered them adequately. They have a cool product that I use. But I felt that something was off and in the end decided to take an offer from another company.
