They contacted me pretty quick. Went to interview and got an offer the following day. Interviewed with a couple of people one at a time, they asked basic questions the following day they offered me the job.

Interview
The initial phone interview was kinda off putting. Somehow I was CCed on an email chain, internal bickering about how they all hated interviewing people etc.
I know it is a pain to hire new people, we really don't need to hear how much you hate new hires.
