Tanium Director Customer Success interview questions

A phone screen with a recruiter 30 min interview with CS peer -Case study - intensive. Plan on 30 hours plus for -preparation including completing a platform demo. Presentations is challenging and panel does not stick to the case study scenario. -Interviews with hiring mgr and leadership if you pass the case study

Although I do understand Tanium’s quest to hire the best, after the initial screen, I interviewed with a potential peer 1x1. In my opinion based on his inexperienced interview questions, he had to come to a subjective opinion versus factual. A potential peer should be part of a panel interview and should not have the authority to eliminate that early in the process. Funny thing is, I interviewed in April. The same position is still open now in August. Tanium what are you really looking for in a candidate?
