They were very straightforward and a bit unorthodox, but I enjoyed it. They seemed to care and had me meet a bunch of the team. I would love to accept and join the time, but the timing wasn't right for me.
Applied through the job post on their website. First comes phone screening and then a portfolio presentation. Expect an interview which is not much different from any other design agencies.
