Interviewed with the F&B manager for about 20-30 minutes. Interview was at a good pace and asked questions about your past serving experiences, customer service experiences, etc. but then there was a portion that asked you about why you're interested in this unique serving role where they gage your level of care, etc. in having to deal with the elderly
