In a nutshell, an efficient hiring process with NO decision heard so far. Applied Online. One month later, contacted by a recruiter. One week later, phone interviewed with hiring manager. Two weeks later, on-site interview with analytic, engineering and marketing team. It has been 3 MONTHS since then! Recent updates from recruiter 1 MONTH ago said feedback is good and you are still being considered... Fortunately, I've got better offer to consider.
