The group interview was done at Target's head office at Williams Landing. There were roughly 8-12 tables with 4-6 people on each table. A question scenario question was asked and each person had to present their answer. I think we were given an object and were asked 'how can we use this object differently' to show how we can think outside the box.
Group Interview at Target during July 2023. Split into groups of 3 with 2 managers per team. Discussed Target’s history, brand image and style trends, customer service scenarios, and previous work experience. Also discussed availability and given form to put down available days and hours in a week.
