Interview
Was a group interview. Introducing the person next to you. Trying to sell an item with ur partner and then working in threes to present a solution to a problem which may occur in the store.
After two days got an email saying i got in. Then the induction which was ur basic run down of the store and lots of safety vids.
It was pretty easy, they just wanted to know what kind of a person i am. they asked couple of questions based on asking for help, helping someone, team work.

Group interview was set up in a way where you had to showcase your strengths but also be willing to hear what everyone else has to say. Don’t take too much floor space when talking.
