The interview was about 20 minutes long. The questions were sort of weird for an interview asking questions about the company that I didn't really know. The manager was friendly and was easy to make conversation with.

It was quick and simple and the interviewers made me feel very relaxed and listened to. Questions were about how I would handle the situations customer service people commonly get into such as what to do with a difficult customer etc. I was also asked what I thought about the Target store itself and if there was anything new I noticed or loved. I answered the new Kmart product merge letting us have those products as well since our town doesn't have Kmart. Just look at common behavioural questions for customer service and sales assistants and you will be fine, Also 100% look at what you love about the store and its values, really check out the website because they will ask why you want to work there specifically and love target over other places.
