2 stage intervie process, 1st group stage and second with operations manager. Both were one week apart. Easy process and being confident in asking questions will help you succeed. No roleplay but questions were asked upon how you would handle customer concerns or attend to customer needs.

I had to do 2 interviews. 1 group and then my second one had 2 managers interviewing me. It wasn't that bad. The managers were not ready and was rushing around.
Group interview first-
They tell you what the company is all about, have a little PowerPoint. They then do some scenes of potential customer situations.
