I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Target Decorated Apparel in Aug 2023
Interview
After applying, I got a email the next day asking to do a phone screening very soon; I was elated to say the least. The phone screening was not a full on interview, but it was more of a selection procedure. In the call, the hiring manager seemed to like me and described how things would go if hired and told me about the job and the next steps. He said he'd get back to me soon and he just needed to talk to a few more applicants and he'd proceed forward next week Monday or so (it was a Friday). Eagerly awaiting info on the next steps I waited and waited and waited till the following Friday before I decided to reach out and see if I could find out what was going on. Turns out they ghosted me and didn't plan on telling me anything. Not even sending me a quick bot email telling me I wasn't selected and moving on. This is a scummy thing that employers really need to stop doing.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They mainly just asked if I had experience with Adobe products. Mainly Adobe Illustrator. They also asked if I knew and was ok with what the job was, that being taking existing vector art and breaking them down to layers to send to printing.
