Target Group Limited Senior Project Manager interview questions

There were three people on the interview panel, including the Head of Project Management, Head of Consultancy and an HR advisor. The questions focused upon my competency for role, previous and applicable experience. I was asked to talk about my suitability for the role, including providing examples of projects I had managed. We also discussed particular experience of on-boarding projects and implementations. The interview was an hour long and included negotiation of benefits and salary.
