The company just waste the time of the people, they only hire the freshers who are too perfect to work at their low package.

I passed ny coding round successfully, in the interview round, where he was supposed to ask me theory questions, he started again asking me to do the codes. Also, the interviewer was not at all interested, as he was doing his some other work.
