The interview process was a two step process. They want to ensure that the future employee is going to be a fit for the Target Media Family. They rarely have turn-over, the majority of the employees have been there upwards of 10 years.

Should a need arise and you need help with a project or work assignment. Anyone from the C.E.O. to the Customer Service Rep. will be there to assist you in any way that they can.
