For a company that preaches about how much they care about employees, maybe they should consider their actions toward prospective candidates. In an initial interview, the person I was supposed to meet with never showed up. Following this misstep, I had multiple interviews in a week, the majority of which were in person. Although I didn’t receive the position, I wish the company had the decency to send a rejection email, let alone an automated rejection. Instead, after all the time invested in preparing for those interviews and interviewing, I was completely ghosted despite multiple attempts to get in touch.
