Where to start?!?! Outsourced recruiting meant it was very hard to even schedule a time with someone in a totally different continent. Asked about my heritage, DEFINITELY not okay with US labor laws. Tone was overly formal, overly nice, overly fakey. It was a more stricter and rigorous recruiter screen, even more so than a normal HR screen. Lacked a genuine, positive, relatable attitude.
The job overall is not very attractive. Below average salary for a senior role. Below average salary for SF and NYC. No equity, only bonus. No relocation package. A strong perception of overworking, even more than a normal TPM role.
