Aptitude and Psychometric test followed by Personal Interview. The interview was quite generic with no technical questions and generally centered around CV and interest in Finance. Basic Financial knowledge and explain your CV.
While they began with resume related questions and a few HR questions, the interviewers did not give away if they were satisfied with the answers. It was an assessment and the last round being an interview.

These assessments help in evaluating the candidates' skills and competencies relevant to the position. Interview: A mix of technical and HR-related questions. There were also questions related to your values and beliefs.
