Interview
It was good and interview was normal not too hard and not too easy mostly they were focused on service provider protocols and technologies and Cisco platforms.
Because the project I was deployed was 100 percent on cisco infrastructure

Interview
They have generally 2-3 rounds.. 1st screening 2nd manager round and 3rd management round. Also they have one speech test which is conducted for customer experience teams. Most of the questions are with reference to your past experience and profile you are shortlisted for
