As usual , initial stage is stage shortlisting then after we will have technical and hr round. In technical round it will be whole on your skills you have mentioned..if you are a Java developer you may expect java8,collections,exception handling and multi threading followed by spring and spring boot microservices
Final round is Hr ..it will be whole on salary discussion followed by offer letter.
