Campus Recruiting-a list of eligible candidates were called up to there khopoli unit to be interviewed-a direct face to face interview with the Plant Head consisting of both technical and HR questions-questions mainly related to projects and trainings done during engineering and a few basic engineering questions related to your engineering department
It was an online interview and questions were relatred to basics of mining like explosives, drilling, blasting, ventilation and they were very friendly and also the hr was good . overall a great experience

There is a also company fit check with behavioural questions.
Lastly they check whether your CV is filled with real details and values.
And then they ask about your aspiration and how do you see yourself in future
