Interview
You receive a letter to attend an interview. At the interview there's a overly large boardroom table with you at one end and three managers at the other end. They proceed to ask you questions about why you applied, why you think you'd be a good fit etc. They then give you a quick run through of the business, then they give you a tour of the facilities.
