Fairly Simple - very robotic. Not a great start, instructions are not clear on how to get to interview, there is no receptionist and they are spaced over 3 floors. Was not advised which floor to ring or door to go too, litturally buzzed in and had to take a lucky guess. The interview was run from a list of questions - very robotic without the opportunity to engage with the interviewer. Most importantly ... Never heard back, which was slightly implied in the interview "you either hear from us or you dont" Increddibally rude considering people have to take time out of their scheduels to make the interview, it is the least they could do.
