Taulia Project Manager interview questions

2 phone screens followed by an onsite with 4 individual and one group "social" interview. Tasked to deliver a presentation as a final step. Most of the interviews were more about background and approach to Product Management. Nothing to test critical thinking or analytical approach.

Recruiter screen followed by hiring manager interview and 8 individual team member interviews. Due to time zone differences, I had to be super flexible to accommodate the team members, which could be a challenge for few candidates.
