In the first round they send the coding test on email as the coding test is really very tough so when you start the test you cannot concentrate your mind to writing algorithms, its just you see clock ticking. No coding help is provided in the software, you cannot debug the code as well. Just for your reference I have the below question in coding test.

Fake interview process in TAVANT. There is no process in this company. HR people didn't respond even regular follow up. They need to look up on it. My technical interview was very good at Tavant. Interviewer told me that HR person will call you for further discussion in next week.
