Two F2F meetings with management and one personality assessment. The first interview was with a manager and the second was with the CEO. Both were very nice and asked similar questions, however, the CEO drilled down much more regarding my skill set and my experience. After the second interview I was asked to take a personality/IQ test. It was one I have never done before and I do not remember the name of it - it was not online, it was done in their office on a sheet of paper.
