Partner will do the interview. They will ask you about the experience and asked some questions related to accounts and tax.
They will ask you about the software you have used previously and your experties tax area.

I applied online and heard back within a week. Had a interview on a Wednesday, received and phone call on Thursday to go back for a second interview on Friday. Got the job and started 2 weeks later.
