I had my first interview with an HR specialist and was told I would receive feedback by a specific date. Unfortunately, after that there was complete silence and no follow-up at all. Even a basic rejection or update was not provided. It was disappointing to be left without any communication after being given a clear timeline. This kind of experience does not feel aligned with the company values that were communicated during the process.
