I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Taylor Made Marketing
Interview
First interview was very brief, lasted about 10 minutes and was asked general interview questions regarding past employment, goals, etc. They scheduled a 2nd interview but I felt that the position was not right for me. The second interview would have involved spending the day shadowing an executive while they went out and made sales (they sell electricity)
I applied online. I interviewed at Taylor Made Marketing (Hillsborough, NJ)
Interview
Pretty standard first round to get to know you and explain details about the company. Second round was awesome and really went into more details. The company seemed to have great energy and employees with a lot of growth opportunities.

Question 1
They asked me if I had to pick my own four faces I would put on my own Mt Rushmore who would they be and why. I had never got this one before but it made sense and was kid of fun as well.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Taylor Made Marketing (Hillsborough, NJ)
Interview
I applied through careerbuilder and got a call to set up an interview in a timely manner. The initial interview was about 20 minutes, 1:1 with the manager. It wasn't difficult, it was more of an introduction to their company and getting to know me and my goals, to make sure they aligned. They explained the training program that they have.
The second interview lasted a good part of the day, where I was with the interviewer shadowing a client presentation. They observed how I dealt with people and went more in depth on the compensation and growth opportunity. I got to see the position first hand, which I really appreciated. The compensation discussed was a mix of base and commission, but not commission only like someone else said.
