They give a test for everyone. Then it's 1 on 1 interview. The test is simple concepts about java and a few programming problems. Interview is about your resume and some behavioral questions.

Interview
Was very informal, was working with a staffing agency at the time and they needed an employee for shipping/receiving. I had experience and just got hired pretty much on the spot. Not sure how easy this process would be today.
