The interview process consisted of four rounds in total: Resume Shortlisting HireVue Interview Online Technical Interview In-Office Assessment Round (Role Play + Fact Find) Overall, the interview process went very smoothly for me. The first two rounds were not very difficult, but they were mandatory stages that needed to be completed. The technical interview lasted for around an hour, during which I was asked mostly Java-related questions along with a few coding questions that were similar to high-level LeetCode problems. The interviewers were mainly interested in understanding my thought process for solving the coding problems rather than expecting a perfect solution. The in-office assessment round was very engaging. There were several international assessors present who conducted the evaluation. The focus of this round was mainly on assessing communication skills and the ability to think from a business perspective while interacting with clients. Overall, I had a very positive interview experience. I was contacted this Friday to receive feedback on my assessment, and I was informed that I had been selected for the role. My joining date has been scheduled for about a month from now.
