Taylor & Pond Corporate Communications interview questions

I interviewed virtually; the process was comfortable. The questions aligned with the role description (i.e., asking what experience I had managing accounts, communicating and liaising with clients, etc.). They also asked what I knew about their company brand and their current clients. It is a 2 interview process with nearly identical questions both times. Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups, they did not reply (I would have liked to discuss what I could have improved on).
