Assessment Centre was in three parts:
30 minute competency based interview
Standard 1:1 interview about Teach First's competencies.
20 minute team exercise and questions
Needed to come to a unanimous decision as team of 6 applicants. New information came half-way through that we had to react to and at the end each person had an on-the-spot question to answer.
4 minute role-play with an interviewer
Interviewer acted as a parent in a teacher-parent meeting. Also had to fill in a paper self-assessment afterwards on how well I think I did, how I could improve.
