The process was fairly quick and easy. I did an online assessment prior to being offered and interview. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only thing that caught me off guard was that there were no "tell me about yourself" type ice breaker questions.

Applied end of July and had my interview early august. My first day was last week. Pretty fast process for a state agency. So far I love it, lots of work-life balance and great benefits. When I first applied I had an assessment then after that I had an interview with two of the managers in the department.
