Teachers College Columbia University interview questions

The interview process was four steps, one of which was submitting a writing sample. The final step included a call to two references. The reference call was a formal Zoom call with my references and lasted about 20 minutes.

I took their Excel test which was very specific, so please review everything, unless you live and breathe Excel. Additionally, the person who was interviewing me seemed obsessed about her job and she didn't seem to be inclusive at all meaning it had to be her way which was very subjective when conducting the test.
