I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Teachers On Call (Portage, WI) in Nov 2023
Interview
Fill out a form online. Then schedule a call. You have access to a calendar to choose a time that works best for you. It’s more of an orientation. They review the system and how things work.
You complete a phone interview asking questions about how you'd handle certain situations within a school classroom. Fairly easy and straight forward. After the interview is completed, they offer you a position if they think you are a good fit.
Send resume, then a phone interview asking basic resume and experience questions regarding work/education history. Then a group interview over zoom where a representative goes over the company structure, pay, role and how the role works, interviewees can then choose to accept the role if it meets what they were looking for.
