      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tealeaves (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2017

      Interview

4 interviews spaced apart by 1 week each giving time to prepare for case studies. Questions are complex so use a notepad to keep track. Interviews average 75 minutes and varied depending on the interviewer background. Interviewers pay attention and give few cues of your performance. Similar to CPG and consulting case studies and CPO practice sessions.

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 10 months. I interviewed at Tealeaves (Toronto, ON) in Sept 2017

      Interview

I recruited through my university in 2017 and the process lasted about 10+ weeks . The process was very unorganized, I would get notified sometimes a day or two before I had an interview. Interviews would also go significantly over time (ex: scheduled 45mins, actual 1.5 hours). This company definitely thinks very highly of themselves and has winning product so I understand they want to really vet their candidates to ensure there is a fit. That being said a 3-4 month process is unnecessary. After multiple interviews (3 months) I did not hear back that I was unsuccessful until 4+ weeks after my final interview (I followed up multiple times). I did multiple on campus recruiting interviews (some successful some not) and this was by far the most negative.
