It was behavioral and I was asked about my ability to adapt, learn, and engage with client relations. Certain questions were framed around my ability with cash handling. Additionally I was asked about my ability to work in different teams and engage in community outreach.

Multiple steps, first was with an HR recruiter - pretty basic qualifying questions. Second was in person. everyone was kind, the person interviewing me was late but acknowledged and apologized. They did ask for a presentation to be prepared to teach them something new.
