I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Team Velocity (Washington, DC) in Sept 2013
Interview
I got a call from HR and came in to interview that same week. I was hired later that day. I was really excited when I came in, the office is gorgeous and it makes you really want to stay there. I used my best candor and it went really well. Then they took me on a tour of the office- I felt like that was a good sign. If you get the tour, you're probably getting an offer.
Unprofessional. I applied for a position weeks ago and received jumbled communication from the recruiter. I first received an email about scheduling a phone interview, but after responding, I never heard back until several days later. Then, when we had finally set up the interview date and time, I did not receive a phone call, nor did I have any information to contact said interviewer. I emailed my contact regarding the missed interview, but I have not heard a word about this mess since. I have moved on with my search, and would not recommend this company to my peers after this experience. If they were not interested in interviewing me, a simple email would have sufficed as opposed to zero communication.
Dear Candidate,
I am so sorry to hear that we missed our scheduled phone interview. Please reach out to me directly at regina@teamvelocitymarketing.com if you are still interested in this position. I would love to speak to you directly.
Thank you
