I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TeamDynamix (Cleveland, OH) in Dec 2020
Interview
First, you'll interview with the recruiter. If mutual interest is established, they'll follow up with 2 online tests: a personality quiz and an aptitude exam. If you score high enough on the aptitude test, you'll interview with the hiring manager, as well as one or two related managers. These managers are fairly laid back and just looking to see if you know the role, as well as your personality. After that, you'll interview with the CEO. He takes the entire 60-minute session to ask a series of questions. And lastly: if the CEO likes you, you'll be asked to create and present a 20-minute QBR for "TeamDynamix University." Following the QBR presentation, they'll make their decision on hiring you.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TeamDynamix in June 2023
Interview
Very straight forward, organized, informative, fast moving, with lots of support from HR. Order of interviews was: Screening with HR, interview with manager/AVP of Customer Success, then VP of Customer Success, and Head of Professional Services....the whole process was laid out to me after that first screening with HR.

Question 1
Had to do a mock QBR for leadership where I was given a slide deck and mock profile of an account. Lots of resources were provided to educate myself on their products.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TeamDynamix in Nov 2022
Interview
Transparent, timely, friendly, low stress, moved fast! This was the most fun interview process I have ever been a part of, mainly because everyone was so friendly to speak with. From first contact to job offer was only about 2 1/2 weeks.

Question 1
There was nothing out of the ordinary asked, just simple conversations about by CSM experience, organizational systems/style, what I like about working with customers and what's important to me in management/leadership.
