I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TeamViewer in Mar 2024
Interview
The first interview was with HR and it was just and initial talk about the job description and questions about our job profile. Second interview was with the Team Lead and Department Manager. Even though I applied for the position of 'Full stack SW Engineer', the technical questions that were asked to me were from Networking, I have no idea why.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. General questions from our CV, what you do, how you do and how you are structured in the team.
2. What happens when you enter a website name?(he wanted answers about DNS)
3. Can a website have more than 1 IP addresses and how?
4. What is HTTP and difference between HTTP and HTTPS?
The technical interview most likely varies for the different business units. I work for Remote Management. The technical interview for the Fullstack Software Engineer position is usually split up in two parts. The first part is about C# programming and the second part about Typescript/React. Expect questions about async/await, concepts of OOP and javascript syntax quirks. The interviewers will most likely not be satisfied with memorised text book answers but will dig to see if you really understand the concepts.
