Interview
The selection process is based on 3 steps:
• First get-to-know call, with a talent acquisition partner from a subsidiary Regit Eins GmbH (really good and professional)
• Second, they call it business case, but it is just a role play (you receive a business case in advanced with some questions, but in the end you are not asked to answer those questions, instead they want you to simulate a call where the customer is unsatisfied with the TeamViewer customer service and is asking for a discount to renew it)
• Third an on-site/Skype interview.
