      Account Sales Interview

      11 Sept 2014

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Teamings in Aug 2014

      Interview

Completed an intensive online evaluation. Once completed a quick 10 minute phone interview was conducted asking about my position with my current/previous employer. After the phone interview I was ask to meet in person with a company that provides sales training to Teamings for an interview. This interview was an hour long and covered details of my resume. Specific questions were asked about the sales process, and was the most thorough of the three interviews. I was asked to interview with the two partners in a third interview. This just covered everything the second interview didn't, and was a pleasurable experience. This company places a lot of focus on the results of the online evaluation, with which I was told I did very well.

      Question 1

With my previous experience, I was told that it seems that I was allowed to form my own sales process with little direction, which is true. Their concern was that I would be working directly under a sales manager and they have a very specific sales process that I would be required to utilize, and would I be able to do this effectively.
