They have a standard normal interview and all is good. Still, 3 weeks AFTER you've accepted their job offer they propose to go through another interview and requirements are suddenly changed and you need to know absolutely different technologies. And while you are still good to do the job, you're guilty that you don't know all newly sounded technologies and can be suddenly fired due to that. It's very unprofessional behaviour.
