Interview
I applied online and got a call for an interview. Anyway since I've had some customer service experience she just went through my entire resume. She also told me about the pay, sales process and goals etc. I got a call 2 days later telling me I got the job and to come back for paperwork.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Teavana (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
The manager was on time and kind. He asked common interview questions and a few advanced because he was trying to see if I would be a good fit for a manager position given my experience. I asked how I did after and he gave a very honest answer which I always really appreciate

Question 1
What would you do if a sales associate wasn't meeting their sales goals?
Very quick interview, not very in depth when it came to my prior experiences. Polite and direct, very clear in laying out the expectations and the requirements of the job.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Teavana (Wellington, FL)
Interview
The interview process wasn't long or tedious. It took only one interview because the Assistant Manager was out of town assisting another storm. The longest part was waiting for the background check
