The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Teavana (Oak Brook, IL) in June 2010
Interview
The interviewer and I went for a walk around the mall where we chatted about my accomplishments. He threw in a few behavioral questions but seemed more nervous than I was. Over all, he seemed very disinterested with all that I had to say, but of course he was not supposed to be interviewing me. The manager was too busy so she sent him out. At the end of the interview, he asked me to pretend to try to sell him something that I had on me.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Teavana (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
The manager was on time and kind. He asked common interview questions and a few advanced because he was trying to see if I would be a good fit for a manager position given my experience. I asked how I did after and he gave a very honest answer which I always really appreciate

Question 1
What would you do if a sales associate wasn't meeting their sales goals?
Very quick interview, not very in depth when it came to my prior experiences. Polite and direct, very clear in laying out the expectations and the requirements of the job.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Teavana (Wellington, FL)
Interview
The interview process wasn't long or tedious. It took only one interview because the Assistant Manager was out of town assisting another storm. The longest part was waiting for the background check
