Interview went smoothly. Was hired with about 30 people. I had 3 one on one interviews in the same day. All the managers that I interviewed with were nice and also understanding. Also all the questions that they asked me were the normal interview questions. (You can look that stuff up)

Process is pretty straight forward. Much like many jobs, the process begins with finding the right fit for your schedule. Be open, be honest and keep in mind they need you as much as you need them

Both a video interview then an in person interview for external candidates. Internal candidates have a much less formal interview if you know the hiring managers. Wear a suit if you intend on getting a job here.

Interview
Phone call, wowapp video interview where you present answers via web/phone cam and submit to them. You don't actually talk to a person, but a camera. From there, if you are selected, get called to come in. Then I came in for actual interview. Interviewed with area manager and assistant at same time.
