Interview was ok. First there was a phone screen. Second there was a interview with a VP. I sent them seven questions that were not answered. Days later I received an email that there were three more interviews, one with an Analyst. Why would a Sr Project Manager be interviewed by an Analyst is beyond comprehension. Within the days that I was awaiting for the questions to be answered from the 2nd interview, I received three offers and accepted one that paid $55 more dollars an hour than the $75 an hour from this one. I kindly responded that they need to streamline the process and not waste candidates time with a long and drawn out interview process that would've had me on the phone for another hour and a half (3 in totality). Looks like I made the RIGHT decision. I would avoid these folks at all costs.
