Interview
The company’s interview process was extremely toxic. While I understand the need to share my screen, the interviewer went too far by instructing me to look straight at the camera and not blink. That felt unreasonable and uncomfortable. Overall, it was a very negative experience.
First there was an aptitude round, then the coding round, Interview round, HR round. The rounds were very difficult and some were very easy. The selection process was very good. They had strict criteria for the experience of the previous company.
They have simple interview process followed by three steps as mentioned below: 1) HR screening 2) Technical interview round 1 & technical round 2 3) Final discussion with co founder
